Studentenwettbewerb – ASP Warschau

We support the development of young, talented people, therefore, together with the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, we organize a competition for students of the Academy of Fine Arts in the field of interior design.

There are two competition topics for students to choose from. The first of them is a public utility interior with acoustic adaptation and arrangement of FORM AT WOOD wall panels – in this topic, students will be able to show their creativity by designing, for example, a hotel lobby / restaurant, theater foyer or museum foyer, which will be a response to issues: a modern architectural approach encourages the creation of creative and universal spaces. So does the foyer of a theater, museum or hotel lobby not deserve something more? Can such spaces host an intimate symphonic concert, an all-night stage event, or an event that would significantly enliven the facility’s functionality? (…)

The second one is a modern recording studio with professional acoustic adaptation and an arrangement of FORM AT WOOD wall panels – in this topic, students will be able to refute the stereotype in which a recording studio is associated with a room lined with “presswork”, where the sound engineer observes the performers behind the glass. sliders and knobs. Can’t the studio be an open space for creative play with music while observing the principles of acoustics? Can’t the space for creating art be a work of art? (…)

The whole competition is to show students’ creativity combined with great fun. We will reward all winners for their talent, creativity and creativity. The project was joined by the Builder and Architektura & Biznes magazines, which took media patronage over the event.

The competition takes place during the summer semester, and applications are accepted until the end of February 2021. In June, the results will be announced, and then we will officially publish the awarded competition entries.
