The data will be processed during the period in which a complaint or lawsuit can be lodged, as well as during the period for which the Administrator is obliged to process the data under the Acts. We process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until the Customer objects to the processing for this purpose.

  1. Objectives of the adopted privacy policy and use of cookies on the website.
    1. This Privacy and Cookies Policy governs the rules of personal data processing of the collection and use of information on users in the Internet service in the domain of www.formatwood.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The administrator of the personal data of FORM AT WOOD Sp z o.o. with its registered office at: ul. Technologiczna 2, 45-839 Opole, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Opole, 8th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0000772013, NIP: 7543210165.
    2. The controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:
      1. the execution of orders and contracts carried out by the entity,
      2. fulfilment of the legal obligations incumbent on the entity,
      3. communication related to the handling of enquiries, orders and requests offered by the entity (telephone contact, e-mail, contact form of our service, etc.),
      4. when handling complaints or any other claims,
      5. for analytical or statistical purposes,
      6. targeting you with marketing content (delivery of marketing communications based on cookies, analytical data and direct marketing),
    3. By ticking the option “I want to receive an e-mail Newsletter” (you agree to receive commercial information by electronic means of communication sent by www.formatwood.com and to use e-mail communication for marketing purposes), your personal data will also be processed by the Service in order to provide information about the offer and to deliver newsletters containing information about the offer free of charge. Providing personal data is voluntary

  2. Type of data

    Data collected about users on the Website, including personal data how it is used, user rights. When visiting our Service, data about the User can be provided by the User in two ways: passively and actively.

In order to make use of the consultation, the User may complete the contact form once, without prior registration and login, by filling it in with his/her name, surname, email address, company name, telephone number. The data will be processed for the time necessary, in any case no longer than until the User objects.
      2. The Service allows you to contact the relevant departments of the Service by means of a contact form or by telephone. When contacting in one of the above-mentioned ways, you provide your e-mail address and/or telephone number. This data is used only for contact purposes, i.e. to prepare an answer to the question asked by the User.
      3. The website makes it possible to subscribe to the newsletter by clicking on the “order newsletter” option. When subscribing to the newsletter, the user provides data such as: e – mail address. This data is only used to send the user our newsletter or newsletter.
    3. The user has at any time the right to inspect the data processed by the Administrator, the right to request changes to the data, as well as their deletion. For this purpose, a request should be sent to info@formatwood.com.
    4. The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter or subscription at any time. He/she can do this himself/herself via the “Unsubscribe from newsletter” option available in each message sent by the Service within the Newsletter.

    When using the Website, cookies are stored on the User’s terminal equipment. The www.formatwood.com website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.

    The website uses technologies and procedures for the protection of personal data ensuring due protection of Users’ privacy. Only persons authorised by the data controller have access to the database.

  5. Changes to the privacy policy

    Changes to the privacy policy will only be made in order to raise the standards of protection of the privacy policy or to adapt the policy to the requirements of the law. On each occasion, the User will be informed of the change in a notice sent to the email address if the User has consented to be contacted in this way.

      Data will not be transferred to a third country or any international organisation. In accordance with Art. 4 para. 4 RODO the data may be profiled.

    In the event of irregularities related to the processing of personal data, the Customer has the right to report the violations to the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
