3D WOOD WALL PANEL ON THE FRONT OF THE RECEPTION COUNTER

The collaboration with Wall Makers and designer HOLLANDSE STIJL BV resulted in the creation of a unique reception desk for Visma. The project featured CARO and DIAMOND panels made of American walnut, delivered unfinished and finished by the client. The outcome is a blend of minimalist geometry and three-dimensional dynamism, giving the space a modern and sophisticated character.

A RECEPTION DESK THAT CATCHES THE EYE – WOOD PANELS USED AS A FRONT

Visma, a company known for its innovative approach, sought a reception desk that would become the centerpiece of its office. HOLLANDSE STIJL BV designed the structure to balance aesthetics with functionality, while Wall Makers supplied the panels that brought the vision to life.

The desk’s front was covered with 2D CARO and 3D DIAMOND panels, which together created a dynamic yet harmonious composition. 2D CARO, with its distinctive equilateral rhombus design, brought an elegant and minimalist aesthetic to the desk. The flat, hand-polished surface of these panels highlighted the natural beauty of walnut, making them a perfect fit for the sleek, modern interior.

In contrast, 3D DIAMOND panels added depth and three-dimensional effects reminiscent of a polished diamond. Their multifaceted design dispersed light and introduced a dynamic visual element while maintaining a sense of harmony and tranquility. This combination underscored Visma’s unique style, creating an impressive focal point in the office.

The panels were delivered unfinished, allowing the client to apply a custom finish that perfectly aligned with the overall interior design.
